Pasta and Tiramisu...Delizioso!
My husband and I took the cooking class with David and Julio and had a blast! After a trip to the market for meat and a quick (and delicious) explanation on olive oil, bread and balsalmics, we headed to the cooking school where we tied on aprons and made tiramisu, ravioli and a pasta with bolognase sauce. The chefs were patient and kept the spirit in the room fun and lighthearted. In the end, the food was fantastic, the wine plentiful and the presentation of diplomas was hilarious.

Great Cooking, Great Instructors, Great Night!
Seeing as I am not a cook or chef by any means I was hesitant to take on this cooking class, but David and Alex really know how to entertain and educate! I really enjoyed making the pizza truly from scratch. Be prepared to get your hands dirty, this is NOT one of those course where the dough is already made for you and you just add toppings! One of my friends who truly enjoys cooking and is a whiz in the class loved it, and took away some new techniques he wants to try out! The guys are fun, the food is amazing and the diploma you receive at the end is great! A def must do.

Cooking with Giuseppe!!
When our group met Giuseppe we knew we were going to have a fun, interactive and memorable day! We walked to the beautiful and fragrant food market where Giuseppe shopped for our fresh lunch ingredients and introduced us to Emilio the fantastic butcher. Then off to the farmhouse via a comfortable van. As the cooking class started so did the laughter, learning and fun. Our meal was delicious and the view outstanding. This class has been a highlight of our trip to Italy.

Pizza and gelato instructional class
We took the pizza and gelato class. There were approx. 19 in attendance and two chefs. This was a hand on class. We learned how to make, knead and roll out the dough. Added toppings and bake. Everyone then enjoyed their pizza with a glass of chianti. Attendees ranged from age 12 to 60, fun was had by all. If you have an evening to spare I highly recommend this class!
